Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. Follow the instructions provided to package and send back your items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
We want you to have the perfect item, so if you need to exchange it for a different size, color, or even a different product, we are here to help. Exchanges are free and easy within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and detailed instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
