At Addis Outfits, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Replacements
If there is a problem with an item you received, we will replace it. Each order is eligible for one replacement only — we accept a single replacement request per order, one time for that specific order.
To request a replacement, contact us as soon as your order arrives with your order number and a photo of the item.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. The only exception is a delayed delivery: if your order has not been delivered within our original delivery time of 20 days, you may request a full refund.
